Yes. Ella House is offered fully furnished only, with everything set up for a longer stay, including a home office.
How long are the leases?
The minimum lease is 6 months and 1 day. Rent is $2,950 per month, with all bills included. We do not offer shorter stays.
What’s included in the rent?
One monthly price covers electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet, lawn care, pest control and streaming (Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, Peacock and Apple TV). There are no utility accounts to set up.
What deposit and one-time fees apply?
The security deposit is $2,950. There is a separate $200 one-time, nonrefundable cleaning fee for standard end-of-tenancy cleaning. One approved pet has a $200 one-time pet fee; please ask about additional pets. Assistance animals are not pets and no pet fees apply.
How do I apply?
When the home is available, you apply through our Zillow listing. We’ll send you the link after your tour.
Are pets considered?
One pet is welcome with prior approval and a $200 one-time pet fee. Have more than one pet? Please get in touch so we can discuss it. Assistance animals are not pets and no pet fees apply. The backyard is fenced, with pavers and artificial turf.
Who manages the home?
P&J Management is your direct point of contact from the first conversation through lease signing, move-in and ongoing support.
What should I include in my inquiry?

Can I see the property before applying?
Yes. We offer in-person showings and live video tours. While the home is occupied, showings are scheduled in advance around the current resident.
Is Ella House in a flood or evacuation zone?
No. The home is in FEMA Flood Zone X (minimal flood hazard) and is not in a Pinellas County hurricane evacuation zone, based on FEMA and Pinellas County map records checked in September 2026.
